I definitely LOVE TaskUs in general but please monitor closely all the micromanagement in each campaign. Your managers sees employees as just "numbers" and it makes us feel robots

Teamwork and that despite all the hardships, we are there for each other
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love the executive management of TaskUs especially the CEOs but the micromanagement for each campaign is such a shame
What makes you most happy at work?
As of now, nothing makes me happy and motivated going to work because the micromanagement in my campaign doesn't seem to care about their employee's mental health and overall well-being
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Even we are facing a pandemic, the company itself makes us feel safe by having vaccine initiatives, deep sanitation, company in general is People First but really, the micromanagement in each campaign is AWFUL
