For a year of working with TaskUs, I felt this will be the last BPO company I will be working with. The experience I had so far, it beyond all other BPO companies I've worked with. I salute all people behind the success of this company.

The company is good but they need to improve employees compensation. They have to check other company basic compensations.

They're the best and ridiculously awesome people!

Ridiculously good! Fun environment! People first.

Getting paid everyday. Working at home.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes. The salary is low not unlike with other BPO companies.

They care about your well being. They communicate every time there's an issue.

The most positive culture and environment at our company for me will be the passion and hard work to strive for better future. The care about employees well-being.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Client incentives should be given monthly, not quarterly so that we can appreciate it right away. Specially, if it is an additional task for us as an employee.
