Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Other People are Working on Higher packages for same work either they should be moved to higher paid camping or we should get paid equally and raise (increment) which we get yearly is also very low even if we hold good stack ranking this demotivated me. Incentives we don't get on time and its less.
