I believe Instead of hiring people from outside for higher position opportunity should be provided to tenure and deserving employees. Its been 1 year and 9 months being a Consistent and top performer In several campaigns and less Growth opportunity.

Myself. My Work and What I will find out new today and learn That's what make me happy and motivated.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Other People are Working on Higher packages for same work either they should be moved to higher paid camping or we should get paid equally and raise (increment) which we get yearly is also very low even if we hold good stack ranking this demotivated me. Incentives we don't get on time and its less.
