Always been happy with the company, and one of the best things that happened is the work-from-home near my home. Additionally, the care they provide to TM in terms of physical and mental health, I love the gym which I can utilized, the massage chairs, food forward, the monthly events they do for all

Helping one another. Proactive and provides constructive feedback.

My Team has great qualities and skills. On my end, I just do what I can.

The care provided and shown towards me and my family. Transparency and going beyond in helping in time of need.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing my Team happy and satisfied with everything is my happiness. As a TL never think of my happiness anymore.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
All the cultures of TaskUs are all positive, but the one I most like is the Teamwork Makes the Dream Work - TL to TM level. While for TL - TL or TL - Management not sure.
