The team concept is build very well, TaskUs does a great job at encouraging team bonding.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is a group of like minded individuals who work well together. We work together well, help each other when needed, no one is ever left out, and we can have a good time together during breaks and meetings.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The communication between the company and their clients is kept from the employees. I've been told opposing things from both of them many times, it makes the company look horrible when they tell us one thing and do another. For example, no raises for more work.
