
I was so excited when I joined this organization but the quality of people and work slowly but certainly made my experience go from excited and engaged to average and uninterested. The way people behave, mismanage their authority and take away opportunities from the deserving guaranteed my feelings

How can I be happy when my entire office is unaware of my my Team's presence or what we do? My team is often mismanaged and taken advantage of.
1. Transport is a huge, complicated and miserably managed facility 2. The restrooms are very unsanitary and stink 3. The food in the cafeteria is always left open and flooded in oil and portions are very small 4. No flexibility in shifts
1. The Management team from other campaigns especially Novel, are managed by inefficient Managers 2. The entire leadership could benefit from etiquette training and good grammar 3. Townhalls are conducted by people who do not even know how to conduct such townhalls 4. There is no team-bonding
1. Supervision of those in charge of Teams/teammates 2. Better etiquette, following the open door policy of TaskUs 3. Managers should be trained in soft skills / people skills 4. Favoritism within teams should be rooted out 5. Dress code policy should be enforced strictly
1. They should train their reportees on job-oriented cross-skills 2. There should be a yearly appraisal - I've been here 2 years and I have not received a single appraisal 3. Managers should be more invested in the growth and visibility of their teams 4. There should be team gatherings outside work
