It is the diversity and the open channel of communication where radical candor is highly encouraged
What makes you most happy at work?
It is the bigger team not only the inner/smaller team as all of us are very passionate getting the campaign to success and our customers happy.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very diverse and not all of us came from the BPO which is great as we are able to get breathe of fresh air as all inputs makes sense after all.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team are very open in hearing out what we got to say from the grass roots. They are very open to hearing suggestions and have seen how they are keen in ensuring that we uphold the people first culture.
