Leaders should really be more informed of the customers policies and operating procedures. Our customer changes things frequently and receiving contradicting information in response to a question for a client breeds distrust.
$15/hour, or what an entry-level Mcdonalds employee is paid ($11-$17), isn't a livable wage. I'd bet us agents are mostly parents and aren't interested in looking for a new job. If you want to retain employees pay us well. We're having to quickly train new employees and it's hurting our business.
