I think TaskUs in general is a good company to work for. The CEO does his best to preserve the culture and core values of the company. It's the addition of some external executives that seem to have shifted the culture in the company.

To a certain point able to share knowledge
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are helpful and willing to provide assistance when needed
What makes you most happy at work?
Peace of mind knowing that my leaders support me. However it's not the case as there seems to be trust issues in what we do
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I hope we would be aligned to the basic salary package of other external hires. Internal growth is also undervalued as salary package is not comparable to that of external ones.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our CEO is committed to live the frontline first culture. However those below may not be completely aligned. It's difficult to be in middle management as those from higher places do not see them as part of the frontline in most cases.
