Seeing myself in this new position and finally being able to advance my career and gain some valuable work experience.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I've honestly never had a team that I work with as well as I do with Taskus. Even remotely working, we are still able to have the same experiences as if we were there with each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our current campaign does not allow us to take advantage of all of the benefits such as diversity and inclusion events. There is also never opportunities for raises which I understand is within our contract but it is something that I often hear from other team members.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
So I would say that the most positive thing about working for taskus is the many different activities and wellness events that are presented. Unfortunately, the campaign I am on does not allow us to take part in them nor has there been any attempt to try to include us in any of them
What do you like best about the leadership team?
This new team that I am on is a vast improvement. My previous TL's (except judith) were honestly never there and If I had any issue, I had to constantly reach out and was not really given much info. But my new TL makes sure that I have everything I need and it simply amazing!!
