In my current campaign, nothing motivates me, not even the salary.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

My teammates are okay, Its just that our leader don't know how to treat us fairly. Is it very obvious there is favoritism.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

To care more and be sensitive. Your OM and TL would rather lose agents than to give them chance to excel in different campaign considering it is being offered, but instead they'll say the only way you can leave the campaign is to resign. Then why is there an article for reprofiling?
