It started well, but now is going into the same as with other bpos where they only care about production and not about the people that work there.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Campaign demands but unlike other places here we do not have extras for production.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
To be honest haven't seen any positive culture on the company, but the work environment is good due to coworkers and TLs
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Dont know if this is from leadership but when i join the campaign im in, there was some expectations that are not being met.
