I start as a Teammate and my daughter got sick everybody gave me support in that situation and when I came back they gave me the opportunity to help in the recruiter area and then because of my development here I change my job position and know I love working in my actual position growing up

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I change my job from teammate to recruiter coordinator that is great for my career as professional in psychology but the salary is the same but I cannot get extras like night premium and Sunday premium and referral bonus.
