What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing I was able to experience with my team are our teamwork especially in the production. We have this family treatment with each other and a teamwork that really makes the dreamwork.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are lot of positive culture in our environment but I love the respect that we have for diversity and differences with each other. Diversity and differences are common in every culture but as long as respect is there, we will have a conducive environment for diverse culture.
What makes you most happy at work?
I have many reasons why I am happy at work but one of them is the environment and the people. When you have a conducive environment at work no matter how hard your job is everything will seems to be easy when you are in a conducive environment.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Personally for me, I love everything but I believe the insurance outweigh because it is very beneficial for us especially to me that already have an offspring, I was able to made him as my beneficiary and I am so happy about it because on our generation today - HEALTH IS WEALTH!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like about the leadership of our team is that, there is compassion and at the same time a radical candor to the comment of our performance. I also like the consideration and empathy that our leaders have in our team because as an employee who is imperfect - we need that kind of leadership.
