It's the culture of helping each other.

We work happily and harmoniously.
What makes you most happy at work?
Free food. It tastes good. Free unlimited soup is superb!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They truly care about inside and out of work of the employees.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The incentives is very competitive. I also like my schedule because I'm getting Night Differential.

Monthly incentives and bonuses from our CEO. They are really generous when it comes to investing to people.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work as a team. We treat each other as part of a family. This is the best team I joined so far.
What makes you most happy at work?
Aside from being able to sustain my needs and wants, working with my team is exciting and challenging at the same time. I never get bored.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like is that our leaders truly care for us. They show us the way to be better as a teammate and a good person outside work.
