Being with TaskUs has redefined my entire BPO experience. I didn't realize that it's possible to work in a BPO company with no to lesser toxic campaigns and environment. I used to think that working in a BPO should always be stressful, but with TaskUs it's always exciting to go to work.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No skill allowance and no hazard pay/night differential. This makes me feel like only TMs are valued, but not the TLs.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Team Work Makes the Dream Work - this is the most positive Culture that we are practicing especially that we are a new campaign. It's always a team effort to improve our processes.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My Teammates are very proactive and open for feedback. We all love and enjoy doing potlucks session once a month. My Teammates are also open-minded and they showed the spirit of team work makes the dream work.
