pay grade for my role is not at par with industry standard

Make it even or at least close to the prevailing industry standard.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Managers are too busy minding their meetings and readouts but too mindless to train and spend time to mentor.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Work has become boring and mundane. No challenge or new goals to look forward to - not from my managers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
i love the way they put their employees first before anything else & how they look after the total health of the person
