Although, i am still fairly new and i am keeping in mind that there is still room for development and growth, there will be challenging moments in every company but as long as i am committed to improve i am striving to stay and be open and happy to provide my knowledge and service.

They care so much about us and work with us if we have any questions or need a moment to speak with them
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
everyone is so friendly and it is so diverse you learn new things about new people day to day. You learn better ways to manage issues and communicate effectively
What are some of the best things about your team?
if anyone is struggling somewhere or needs help on something, my teammates are quick to provide assistance and willing to work with you and make you feel comfortable as a person
What is the best part about your compensation package?
to start out with $15 is great and i hope to be able to get an increase as i learn more ways into developing and becoming more familiar with the job and get more experiences to move on further
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I supposed because the campaign is still brand new to TaskUs, things are still in the process to be worked around, however i wish the campaign was better in resolving customers issues. We document there concerns but we are left unsure if the customers situation if it is a safety concern is resolved.
