My Tl, Santiago Angola. There should be more people like him in leaders positions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Hugo said that we don't have the C1 level to get a higher payment and honestly, this is a crappy idea because we do have C1 and more levels going around here, so that's not the proper reason for it. We should get a higher payment given the fact that we have to deal with a lot during our shift.
