They are very close and they practice teamwork, helping each other for the benefit of the whole team
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That the company finds the way to make the work fun and to make the employees feel important and valued
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As an SME I feel my responsibilities are increasing but the compensations are being the same. Also, the ways to compensate (a dollar by every Csat) are not having in account the SMEs as we do not have a lot of customer interactions, and the ones we have are potential Dsats
