I'm about to celebrate my 6th year anniversary in 2 months which shows my love for this company. But I really feel like I'm not compensated enough given the years that I spent in this company. I just really hope they could at least give internet allowance for us, working from home

For almost 6 years of working in Taskus, I don't think I'm compensated enough

They are open for suggestions and they really listen to their employees. Hopefully they can also sympathize when it comes to compensation issue.

I just celebrated my 6th year in TaskUs and I'm just quite sad because compared to other companies, I think I am not compensated enough

The compensation is not enough compared to other companies. It is not really competitive especially I've been working to this company for almost 5 years now

I do feel undervalued because of the salary. It's way too small compared to other company and it does not equate to the skills that I have
