The Company helped me improve for who I am 6 years ago. The Company helped me understand the importance of physical and mental health, and I'm proud to say that the Company helped me quit smoking cigarette.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The Compay promotes work-life balance and the Company is concerned about the mental health of the Employees which I know most companies doesn't have.

Based on the People that I interacted that are from different fields, TaskUs have the best benefits and programs. I like the company's work-life balance and the company has activities that improves the employee's physical and mental health.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Maybe it's just language analysts have language allowance but some of us also handles chinese accounts, russian, german, etc. but not being compensated. We also process cases that requesters have their commision on processing the request but we who process the changes are not being compensated.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think the provincial rate in Cavite is the main reason why other teammates left the company and tried their luck on companies with Manila rate. I'm single but sometimes I struggle to handle my financials because of the monthly bills, I wonder how employees with families can keep up.
