I am very happy that I get to continue working despite the pandemic. There was a time when I was the only one left with job in our household of 6 and it was very exhausting making ends meet. I am truly grateful for TaskUs for making sure that we don't lose our jobs.

Competitive compensation, allowance for eyeglasses and hopefully wider range on KMO dental coverage.

The team exceeds expectation. Very thankful to our client who always rewards us with team building experience!

Equality I guess? The leaders even encourage us to call them by their names, not by title :)

Stable job. We're still working from home but once we go back to office, I'd say my workmates.

The leaders are excellent yet humble. They are very approachable and ready to listen to anyone on the team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary makes me sad compared to those from other companies in the same industry. WFH electricity/internet allowance will be very much appreciated.

The team. We always impress our client with our results AND the bond among the team. Work hard. Have fun. That's one of our company core value and I am happy how we live up to it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are being paid with provincial rate and in my opinion, I don't think it's relevant because our location is already categorized as a city and living expenses here does not differ much from those living in bigger cities.
