I've recommended several people in this company. Most are pretty much experienced and well-rounded. Yet, no one ever got in. Or even got a call. So disappointing.

Not within the company, but with the colleagues I have under our team. I enjoy working with them.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership is very helpful specialy on my account. They really make sure that every concerns are being handled well
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We play a different role than Team Leads. We are more client facing. No added allowance, even being as a specialist. We are still considered as Quality analyst. Under company policy since there is no special role. Pretty much undervalued.
