i dont feel awkward when talking to my Manager or SOM. i dont feel the need to always bow my head when talking or interracting with them. TaskUs makes sure that their employee can talk comfortably to their leaders
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
since Chico Inong left TaskUS the environment in TaskUs change. we dont see that they value us. no changes in compensation anymore. the next gen is only for those closer to the people who has working with the nextgen
