My team is awesome but in other departments are decreasing the ratings.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Master with the International colleges or India's top college. Salary correction need as per Market standards after promotion. Full Family Health Insurance, Petrol, Driver and communication allowance, meal allowance. etc are many
What do you like best about the leadership team?
In India, policies are derived between males and females female can use cab but male cannot, High inflation and low salary, salary and benefits are very low, no incentives for support employees. No allowances for communication and Travel, not a proper salary correction after promotion.
