Started out great, then Blackstone took over and it's gone downhill. Wages have stagnated pretty heavily. There has been some great times under the right leadership. But the last 4 months have been the worst time I've ever had here. I see favoritism, feedback not taken, questions deflected. Terrible

My coworkers keep me sane
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team all hold the same ideals as I do.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
my direct manager is doing his best to improve things, but my leadership team as a whole is failing pretty hard. Not much I can say I like about the team.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Communication, morale, leadership. The wrong leaders are being hired and it's actively affecting my campaign negatively. In turn morale is declining, and communication is just terrible. No one is on the same page with directives. We have no SOPs. Hire the right leaders.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More money, raises did not happen last year and bonuses stopped happening too. Many companies in our area are actively raising wages, yet all I can see is TaskUs spending money on growth in other areas. Use that money to retain who you have and improve things and pay them more.
