For me, I was just newly hired when I was diagnosed with COVID19 and my TL help me and assist me to have my LOA and after that I received a food pack from the company and I was so grateful on how they help team mates during this pandemic time

for me the wellness session every week and the coaching so that we can monitor our wellness and our working status as well

my co worker, to learn while working and as well to be at work since we have to enjoy the we are working in our own home
What is the best part about your compensation package?
health package, allowances and as a mother of 4 I want to have for the education on my kids and it is the most important package that they offer that we are eligible
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The team is supportive on us especially when we are just new on the team and they help us to cope on how we can handle the task or the jobs on our account
