We're all one small workforce focused on the same goals, and because of this we support each other through thick and thin.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A little more compensation would be really helpful for those who wok the graveyard and night shifts as this particular work schedule makes it difficult for most of us to carry on with daily life outside of work to make adjustment to our sleeping schedule according to our work hours.
