I am happy with opportunities for learning and growth. I've been able to move up and get promoted. However, compensation for my latest role is below industry average. This is becoming more and more worrisome, especially as I see that yearly raises are not keeping up with inflation in my country.

Knowledgeable and experienced. Happy to share knowledge and provide guidance when requested, without hindering learning
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Based on industry ranges for my position, in my area, my compensation is below average. I am not sure if this is the same across all TaskUs, but it is for my role. Annual raises are also not keeping up with inflation in the US.
