The biggest roller coaster ive felt in a long time. As i have one of the higher tenures you will find, my experiences with projects expansions reductions and transition upon transition is unique if nothing else. Many stagnations and problems have hindered my growth but maybe things can change.
They are open to listening and bettering the environment for our front line employees
Simple good individuals who pursue their own interests and needs and help out when possible.
They usually adjust to needs and expectations of the teammates. Have done well to find places to expand and grow.
The continual growth typically. However i face a reduction so that is moot now. The adaptation and finding other places for their long running employees has been good.
That they listen and try to adapt and improve. If not for this i don't believe the longest of our employees would not still be here, even if progress can be slow.
Lies about training and expectations and responsibilities. Impromptu trainings with little warning. Additional responsibiloties added without proper compensation. Currently im being trained for responsibilities that typically pay $20-23/h at competitive companies and for financial services.
Higher pay rates. More job security. Especially given higher tenure dedication and capabilities given the diverse training and many roles. More opportunities. And less sideways promotions with more responsibility without increased compensation such as with sme positions.
Getting through the day, being successful, getting paid most of all due to the security needs of having a family. The added bonus of shift differential. The ability to autonomously manage your time and day is also nice.
A decent myriad of individuals. Most are good to do for themselves and handle business but also decent with raport and communication with each other. I do believe the from home environment leads to more lax comunications however and greater distance.
When i can keep my job or get placed in new exciting positions with increased pay that teaches me new things and with fun teams. In prior ends of campaign a home has always been found. Also getting my proper pay is nice... something inhavent got in over 6 months.
