Please give us a raise. We do quite a lot in our campaign and the salary should grow yearly based on our performance.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The compensation can still be improved to suit the cost of living nowadays. Inflation is getting so high and the salary packages is quite low. I'm struggling to make ends meet
