Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm not sure if the new Healthcare Provider (iCare) is more promising compared to Avega. I feel undervalued due to not having some incentives if I got a Sale. A bigger Basic Pay would be nicer instead of putting mostly to the Skills Allowance.
