Nothing. Overall is great however the salary deduction for the third consecutive pay period makes me think of leaving the company. As this is not I signed up for. For a single parent like me that only have enough to cover for daily expenses this stresses me out.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The fact that I have to dispute the salary deduction every period is really a hassle for me. As I only have enough to cover for my family expenses.
