TaskUs is a people first company and I do really love that part. Here, I was able also to meet ridiculously good amazing people that I was able to jive in.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The big allowance that company company is giving.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The best thing in my company right now is the way how they handle the pandemic situation. They still tend to sent us teammates to working from home until further notice.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
As I can see, leadership here in TaskUs is really great. This is based on what I see specifically to my Team Leader Ely. She's really an ideal team lead for a team. So that I can say that Leadership team here is great.
What makes you most happy at work?
My Team because it's not just the typical or the usual team that can be seen but when you try to get in you'll know and see that it's not just a team but a group of crucial people that has teamwork and do really care to each other.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My Team, I can say that we have the unity which is the strength that we have and we're using for success. We are working while having fun and we enjoy each and everyone when we go to work everyday. No one is being left behind. And we do have that great Teamwork.
