Expectation before joining the company was different when I was able to get in. Nice trainings and it's a challenge to deal with different people since I was coming from different industry. My patience, confidence and mental health was tested, Company have good benefits despite issues with salary.
Fun, the people are nice and the benefits are good.
Just so so.. I used to be proud but when you are undervalued and system is no longer good, it's like a bitter medicine you just have to take in.
They challenge you to do better.
You still get to have fun while working.
They try their best to help you out the best way they can.
I'm happy being with my teammates. They make work easier and more fun.
Teamwork is very evident. The team members are very considerate and understanding. No one is left behind.
Before, you will feel valued and will feel the people first culture. But things are different now, honestly.
Talking with my colleagues. It's always fun to work when you are happy with the team you have.
Chatting with the team to share current events, and personal events while working. It keeps us awake and attentive.
They still try to reach out to check how they can better help us though changes are not timely evident.
We treat each other like family. No one is left behind and we help each other out the best way we can.
Salary is low vs the Job position, workload and skills. Even if you are deserving to receive the raise, it would be a very long and hard process for a possible approval.
Most of the people are approachable and easy to get along with. Most of the colleagues are fun to be with and will try to liven up the shift while still being mindful to be professional.
Not serving competitive salary. Management prioritizes new hires and disregarding tenured teammates. Rolling out new process without careful thinking and consideration to those who will be affected. Gaslighting most of the time. Salary vs Skills and tasks alignment.
We've been in our lob for a year and more and it was still not made permanent. From our previous Lob to the current one, the tasks provided does not match the salary provided where if offered to other companies, it was 2x or 3x higher.
Despite the issues we are having daily, we share each other's burden and listen to what each would say. We treat each other as family. We are open to constructive criticism for our betterment and we make sure to have each other's back if anyone needs help.
Very open to be corrected, values teamwork, very vocal when something needs to be addressed, very attentive, considerate and treats each one as family. The best team you can rely on and will always be there to help in every way they can. So love the balance of fun and work in the team!
When there's a change of management to handle the team, we don't get to meet them often or even reach out to check on us if there's anything we need or if we're okay. Requests to admin that are pay impacting, take way too long to be addressed. Salary vs our job, not aligned.
They won't give you the raise and appraisal you deserve even if you are performing well. They will ask for proof for eligibility and will keep on delaying until you just give up. Could've been better if they are looking closely on one's productivity to see if one is already eligible for a raise.
