Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
overall experience with the company if fantastic. however the management like my supervisor and OM is not that inspiring, they lack on people fosupport I feel that they only care about themselves. I don't feel they have the heart for people unlike in other LOB. some of the people as well are judgeme

coworker and seat mates. they are fuunny at times.

somewhat positive it's just that there are some people that are not that smart

Im happy because most of the time I was able to hit most of my score cards.

the team is good and fun to be with, I always look forwarding going to work because of them
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
compensation wise it is fair enough, but for the manager or Supervisor, she is moody, she is not enthusiastic and it makes some of us feel awkward. for example she has a family problems..until work she brings it and it makes some of us feels awkward.
