Despite of the pandemic we still look on the brighter side.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our account is easy and at first I thought that the salary is reasonable, however, I've been working for a year and experienced numerous updates, changes, they way how they make the account complex and harder and the pressure they give now, it makes me feel that our pay is not reasonable already.
