I love working for task us. I am sometimes frustrated with tech glitches and I don't feel like Quality Assessment department is entirely fair...which impacts my bonus and that is frustrating. But that is a function of the client we are working for, not Task Us.

I like my coworkers but i don't feel like my compensation is adequate. I wish instead of showering us with parties and prizes we could work toward incentive time off rather than a hotdog/nacho lunch time.

They are really motivated for the most part. Only one member of my RC2 class seems unmotivated.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is so encouraging and I believe that management is there to help me succeed not to nit-pick.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would rather get paid more than have specials events and give away incentives. I would also value extra PTO rather than a prize that has a $50-$300 value. I recently was awarded a prize valued at over $300 I would rather have been given that value in time off.
