Ridiculously good! My company make me feel that I can work and still have life outside of my work routine

it went from best and valuable to "rocky" since I have had work friends whose resignation was just simply accepted without me hearing that they were asked to reconsider; I suddenly felt dispensable to this company

I have HMO, Night differential, surprise bonuses (IPO)

people skills; include moral values reminder in wellness trainings

it used to be people-first but the new leadership proved othrewise

the comfortable fast-paced environment; some trusted friends; shuttle service; free lunch

My team is open to criticism and we have a common goal

My leadership team makes me feel that I can be heard for whatever ridiculous idea I have

The accounts I have handled so far are not stressful and I am always looking forward to being with my friends at work
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My company encourages work-life balance; you are not questioned as to why you need a break, or why you have to go on leave.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
none at the moment; although they can sometimes make spur of the moment decisions without regard to actual performance notably with deciding on RTOs. there can also be inclined to have favorites amongst the teammates
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i appreciate the fact that my company considers the tax amount that might be applied to our case pay so they can make it up to us with perks like shuttle services and skill allowance
