I haven't heard much about any other companies but this is one of the companies where everyone wants to work

The way they take us seriously is the best thing I have ever seen

We have a very friendly environment and our managers and other supervisors are very well mannered and friendly

I just love to meet my team, and the place I am working is one of the most beautiful place to sit and work
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have some new people and they are from another queue and the way our team gets involved with each other is too good The way our TL handles us is the best thing they can do
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our company is really very good but the amount of work we do and the delivery of work we are doing is way more and sometime I feel like our incentives get stuck and they are not on time and this is from clients end and our company is not at fault If we get a higher amount than that would be great
