TaskUs is a great company, I am just not happy that they accepted campaigns that strictly do not allow employees to work from home despote the covid surge and employees dying. I am also not happy with their salary offerings.

Cute and colorful office and free food.

Great environment, culture is very people oriented.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Unreasonable pay. Cannot even support a family.

Some days are dull and stressful.

Managers are helpful and approachable.

The management needs to be fair with the employees.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We need to work fairly and avoid favoritism especially with managers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Basic salary is low, no skills allowance, no night differential and holiday pay for the team leaders. A yearly increase based on performance will be good as well as night differential pay.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Be considerate to employees. Please only work with campaigns who will allow employees to work from home for everyone's safety. Please also offer competitive and salary, your salary offerings cannot even support a family.
