Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Finance/Payroll is saying that 199% compliance is enough per Government's mandate on 200% Holiday Pay. Not transparent with regards to performance and how you are pairing with others. There are no information you can freely check with regards to your scorecard (KPI/KRA).

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

1. Increase the metrics for SME 2. Demerit SME for wrong insights 3. Increase quorum in RTCD for higher accuracy 4. LEX/CAs should dispute wrong insight provided in RTCD 5. Leadership to provide action plan & specific steps in achieving the goal. And stop being retroactive 6. Replace Payroll Mgr
