I am very grateful. It's already been 4 years since I joined TaskUs. This is my first BPO experience and I had this in my 50's. Despite my age, I am so thankful for this opportunity to work here at TaskUs.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I'm proud to be able to be given a chance to work for this company. Although I'm older from the rest, they've always been so supportive and helpful of me. I also want my children to work here but was not fortunate enough to pass.

It's about being a people first, inclusive and diverse culture and environment.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Team Leaders would do their best to ensure their KPIs will pass.

They make sure that the welfare of their employees is always being considered.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of my compensation package is the HMO. I also am very much thankful for their scholarship program.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a team leader who is hands-on and always makes sure that the team is well informed and there also to help us.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are definitely valued, however, due to the increasing prices of all the commodities and other utility bills, our salary is affected that it's no longer enough to meet them.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're doing their best to allow us to have hybrid set up which is a big help because we feel we're more productive when we're working from home. There is just this CSAT and DSAT metrics that most of the time create stress for us. Being part of the Escalation team, there are issues that we have
