Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary isn't competitive. The annual appraisal percentages cannot match the increase in cost of living. The scope of our work as teammates constantly evolves and widens in the name of efficiency but our compensations are not competitive enough,as compared to other vendors who handle the same client
