They are responsive. They can talk to us directly.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The bonuses and paid leaves

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Smes sometimes are not helping. Management team I think is also not being transparent to us

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Work from home until all is ok. Or at least if pandemic is no longer on news

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Maintain work from home set up. Since our internet connections are not the issue and until all is ok in terms the pandemic
