Knowing that it makes a difference in the world. Having a positive and happy environment.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's the ability to speak up and be listened to. Also living up to the company's core values.
What are some of the best things about your team?
So far we are getting along but since there was a merge during wfh phase, it's not that easy to communicate with them. The team is pro-active and is helping each other out.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think some policies are confusing and a lot of times it depends on the majority's interpretation. It's tough work specially when there is a sudden burst of changes to the policies and when there is an influx of tough jobs which has a lot of taggable content. It uses a lot of focus and time as well
