Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Basic salary does not compare to basic salary to the same position outside of the organization plus a lot of workloads. It would be better if the salary is competitive with other company that has the same position. Also HMO Benefits is still not enough.

HMO does not cover neurologists. HMO limit is below for principal and dependent. Salary is not on par with other companies with the same position. It would make me feel better if they increase the limit of our HMO and cover everything including Neurologists. Also making our salary competitive
