Any rules that they implement will affect us all thus, a careful evaluation will be highly appreciated.
The leadership team should have better planning on how they distribute their work on a daily basis. We have our weekly work and yet, more work are dumped on us that time is not usually enough for us to finish it in a week and ends extending during our rest days. This practice takes it toll on us.
