There is diversity within the workplace and the leaders are open to hearing each of the teammates and employees stories.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is not based on the tenureship and the experience is being disregarded and most of the times there are delays on incentives and there disputes.
